Unit one - The Hawaiiana Suite: $125.00 a night single or double, $15.00 a night additional charge per person per night for each guest
greater than two, $60.00 one time cleaning fee & 11.962% tax.

Unit two - The Kailua Suite: $95.00 a night single or double, $15.00 a night additional charge per person per night for each guest
greater than two, $50.00 one time cleaning fee & 11.962% tax.

Unit three - The Ilima Suite: $105..00 a night single or double, $15.00 a night additional charge per person per night for each guest
greater than two, $50.00 one time cleaning fee & 11.962% tax.

Unit four - The Kaanoi Studio: $85.00 a night single or double, $15.00 a night additional charge per person per night for each guest greater than two, $40.00 one time cleaning fee & 11.962% tax.

The Ohana two bedroom suite: $180.00 a night two to four guest, $15.00 a night additional charge per person per night for each guest
greater than four, $90.00 one time cleaning fee & 11.962% tax.

*Holiday rate: Dec 10th to Jan 15th there is a 25% rate increase

I authorize Akialoa Hale O Na Wailele, "Kailua Vacations Bed and Breakfast" to charge my credit card for the amount of the deposit. I understand that all payments are to be made in U.S. currency.
ALL PERSONS STAYING AT THIS VACATION UNIT MUST BE REGISTERED. Any unregistered guest will be considered unauthorized and an additional fee of $25.00 per night/per person will be charged. In order to maintain the tranquil setting, no parties of more than 4 additional persons are allowed without specific written permission from the property owner or agent.

Weddings and parties require the property owner's or agent's written permission and may be subject to payment of additional fees. Security & parking valet services may be required for weddings and parties. Late check out or additional days may be arranged, subject to availability and payment of additional fees. Advance notice and written permission are required.

DEPOSIT: Upon receipt of your 25% deposit your reservation request will be confirmed via e-mail. Payment is by personal check, cashiers check, money order, visa or master card, forwarded directly to your owner/host. Checks should be made payable to Akialoa Hale O Na Wailele.

BALANCE: Balance is due at check-in. Payment is by cash, cashiers check, money order, visa or master card. Personal checks will be accepted for balances if received 30 days or more before check-in

CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY: Cancellations and requests for changes or refunds must be in writing to KAILUA VACATIONS. All reservation changes and/or cancellations are subject to a minimum $45 administrative fee.

Cancellations: Reducing the number of nights of your reservation constitutes a cancellation of this invoice. The fees and charges associated with a cancellation are as follows: Cancellations more than 61 days prior to arrival: Subject to $45 administrative fee. (75 days prior to arrival during the Christmas season).

Cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival: Subject to forfeiture of 25% deposit . Cancellations on or after check-in: 100% of the Invoice amount is nonrefundable.
NOTE: At the owners discretion forfeited deposit may be applied to a future stay.
